“Yan is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner serving children, adults, and seniors with personalized care for ADHD, depression, grief, and anxiety. Fluent in English and Mandarin, she blends Eastern and Western healing traditions to support diverse communities, including the Asian population of the Triangle.”

Yan is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over 18 years of hospital experience and additional outpatient psychiatry expertise. She provides thoughtful, evidence-based mental health care for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.

With a deep appreciation for both Eastern and Western healing traditions, Yan creates personalized treatment plans that promote focus, emotional stability, and overall well-being. She is fluent in English and Mandarin, allowing her to connect with and serve diverse communities, including the growing Asian population in the Triangle.

Yan offers compassionate, evidence-based mental health care tailored to each stage of life—from children and teens, to college students, adults, and older adults.

Yan’s journey in healthcare has taken her from Texas to Minnesota and now to North Carolina, where she has proudly built her practice in the Triangle area. Beyond her clinical work, she finds balance through nature, music, yoga, and resistance training—nurturing the same holistic wellness she encourages in her patients.
