Meet Tiffany Mitchell, PA

Tiffany is a licensed physician assistant from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Duquesne University with a bachelor’s degree in health sciences and a master’s degree in physician assistant studies. Tiffany has extensive experience in psychiatry, having practiced in various settings across the East Coast.

She began her career in inpatient services at West Virginia University Medicine’s William R. Sharpe Jr. Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital, where she gained comprehensive knowledge of psychiatric diagnoses, the legal system, and social work. She independently managed individual hospital units, overseeing nursing staff, social workers, and therapists.

Tiffany later returned to Pittsburgh to provide outpatient care in a clinic specializing in anxiety disorders, panic disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. She is skilled in diagnosing and treating a full range of mental health conditions and offers medication management and cognitive behavioral therapy for patients from ages 18 through geriatric.

Now with MedPsych Integrated, Tiffany continues her passion for mental health care. She shares, “I have a true passion for all things related to mental health. I knew early in my education that psychiatry was my chosen specialty. I truly enjoy developing lasting relationships with every patient under my care, as well as their families.”
